FOOD IS SERIOUS BUSINESS
Some of my fondest memories as a child were sitting down to dinner with my family almost every night, but it was Sunday night where we would get Mom’s Sunday best. As time went by I came to appreciate that my Mom cooked from her heart and that is how she showed her love for us. It is that same love for cooking and “heart” that I put into every meal that I serve at Whisk Chop.
MEET THE OWNER AND HEAD CHEF
As a caterer I have high standards for my kitchen. I strive to serve nothing less than my best when preparing food for my customers, friends, family and those less fortunate. In 2010, after the completion of the Culinary Program at Scottsdale Community College; I started my career as a sous chef with the Bohemian Grove in Northern California. After returning home I began working with a temporary agency which resulted in an opportunity to work with different top chefs in the valley. I spent some time in the kitchen at the Prado as the pastry chef while also building my catering company and after 5 months I decided to take the leap by giving my full attention to Whisk Chop.

This is just for you and your private event. Whisk Chop will consult with you then create a custom menu that is sure to keep you and your guests happy. Once we finalize the menu you will only need to focus on the outfit you wear that evening. Bon Appetite!
